INCOME REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for housing at The Residences at Forest Glen, you must meet the following:

  • Income Limits: Household income must be 30%, 40%, 50% or 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) based on household size.

  • Occupancy Standards: Unit occupancy must align with household size.

  • Residency: The unit must be your primary residence.

  • Background: Positive rental history and background check required.

If you meet these criteria, you're eligible to apply!

 

Application Process

Applicants can apply online. All sections of the application must be completed, and required documents must be included.

Applicants must submit proof of household income and identification for all household members.
 

Required Documentation

  • Completed application form

  • Proof of household Income (pay stubs, tax returns, benefit statements, asset income)

  • Identification for all household members (driver's license, social security card, birth certificates)

Screening Process

Applications will be reviewed, and background and credit checks will be performed. Eligibility will be determined based on income, household composition, and other factors.

If no units are available, eligible applicants may remain on our waitlist list.
 

Application Fees

Applicants may be required to pay a fee for background and credit checks. All fees will be disclosed during the application process.
 

Notification of Eligibility

Applicants will be notified of their eligibility once all screenings are completed. If ineligible, the applicant will be informed, and information on the appeal process will be provided.
